Right of withdrawal

When purchasing a product from our online store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and unilaterally cancel it within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item, unless you have agreed on a longer period with the seller.

At the time of sale or order handover, the seller must provide the consumer with a withdrawal form that includes the seller’s name, address, and an explanation of the right of withdrawal.

If the online store has not provided you with information about the right of withdrawal, you may cancel the contract unilaterally within one year from the date of receiving the product, but no later than 14 days after receiving the above-mentioned information.

Sending the withdrawal form by mail or filling it in electronically on the website within the specified timeframe releases you from all contractual obligations. You are required to return the product to the seller within fourteen days after sending the written notice of withdrawal.

When purchasing from our online store, you can easily exercise your right of withdrawal via our website – log in to your account under "My Account" > "Order History", select the specific order, click on “Order Details”, scroll down to the “Merchandise Return” section, enter your message and click the “Request a Return” button.

The seller or service provider must refund the amount paid for the goods, item, or service without delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the written notice of withdrawal. The seller may withhold the refund until the item has been received or proof of its return has been provided.

In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the item to the online store is borne by the consumer, except in cases where the seller has agreed to cover it.

If you use the right of withdrawal, you must return the product to the seller without undue delay, but no later than fourteen days after sending the written notice of withdrawal.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the seller may not charge you any penalties or demand compensation for using this right.

Note: During the withdrawal period, the consumer is entitled to use the product only as necessary to examine it (to the same extent as would be possible in a physical store before purchase). If the product is used beyond what is necessary for testing, or in a way that does not reflect good faith, or if its value, quality, or safety is diminished, the consumer is liable for the decrease in value.

You may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of a distance contract (unless otherwise agreed with the seller) in the following cases:

  • If you purchased audio or video recordings, or computer software and unsealed the packaging.
  • If you received newspapers, periodicals, or magazines.
  • If the contract was concluded in a public auction.
  • If the product is perishable or has a short shelf life.
  • If the contract involves accommodation services (except residential leases), transportation, vehicle rental, catering, or leisure activities to be provided on a specific date and time.
  • If the item was custom-made or clearly personalized based on your specifications.
  • If the price of the goods or services depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the seller’s control.
  • If you agreed to begin the service before the 14-day withdrawal period ended and confirmed that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service was fully performed.
  • If you unsealed a product whose return is not suitable due to health or hygiene reasons.
  • If the item was irreversibly mixed with other items after delivery.
  • If the contract concerns the delivery of alcoholic beverages after 30 days and the price was agreed upon at the time of the contract, but its value depends on market fluctuations.
  • If you requested urgent repair or maintenance work, withdrawal rights apply only to additional services or goods not essential for the repair or maintenance.
  • If the contract is for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium and you agreed and confirmed the loss of withdrawal rights once delivery began.
