Whenever possible, we strive to use previously used packaging to reduce environmental impact, minimize waste, and promote the sustainable use of resources.

1. General Terms

This delivery policy outlines the terms and procedures for deliveries made by IRVISS.LV (hereinafter – the “Company”).

The policy applies to all orders placed through the IRVISS.LV online store.

Deliveries are available throughout Latvia, as well as to Lithuania, Estonia, and other European Union countries. Many of our customers are located in Jelgava, Jēkabpils, Madona, and other parts of Latvia.

Shipping costs to EU countries are calculated after the order is prepared and included in the invoice. Orders are dispatched no later than the next business day after payment is received.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

2. Delivery Methods and Fees

  • Courier service (DPD, Omniva, Venipak)
  • Parcel lockers (Omniva, DPD, Latvijas Pasts)
  • Delivery to the customer’s specified address

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free delivery is available for orders over €150.

3. Delivery Times

  • Latvia: 2–4 business days
  • Baltic States: 4–6 business days
  • Other EU countries: 5–14 business days (depending on the courier)

Orders placed before 14:00 are shipped the same day. Express delivery is available by individual agreement.

In case of delay, customers are encouraged to contact IRVISS.LV customer support.

4. Order Tracking

After dispatch, customers receive a tracking number. Shipments can be tracked via the courier’s website.

If delivery is not possible or is refused, an alternative solution will be offered.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In case of damaged goods, customers must report within 2 days and attach photos.

If a shipment is lost, a refund or replacement will be offered.

6. International Delivery

Deliveries are available in Latvia, the Baltic States, and EU countries.

7. Delivery Changes and Special Cases

The delivery address can be changed until the order is dispatched.

If a shipment is not collected in time, the customer bears the cost of re-delivery.

If the customer informs us in advance about a delay, we offer a flexible solution.

9. Guarantees and Commitments

IRVISS.LV ensures deliveries according to the specified timelines.

If delivery is not possible, an alternative solution or refund will be provided.

In exceptional cases (strikes, pandemics, etc.), delays will be communicated in a timely manner.

10. Seasonal Changes and Promotions

During holidays, delivery may be delayed – this information will be posted on the website.

Free delivery promotions are announced periodically with clear terms.

The company reserves the right to change delivery costs, with prior notice to customers.

Product images are illustrative – actual products may slightly differ in packaging or shape but will always meet the specified technical and quality standards.

If the specific manufacturer’s item is not in stock, an equivalent product will be provided, fully compliant with DIN, ISO, or EN standards and suitable for the indicated use.
