DELIVERY POLICY

1.2. The delivery policy applies to all orders placed via the IRVISS.LV online store.

1.3. Deliveries are made within Latvia and the European Union (EU) countries. Customers can choose from the available delivery methods offered by IRVISS.LV.

1.4. Delivery charges for EU countries are determined upon order processing and are included in the invoice. Orders are dispatched no later than the next business day after payment is received.

1.5. Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

2. DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

2.1. Customers can choose from the following delivery options:

Courier service (DPD, Omniva, Venipak);

Parcel lockers (Omniva, DPD, Latvijas Pasts);

Delivery to the specified address.

2.2. Delivery costs are calculated based on the selected carrier and are displayed at the time of checkout.

2.3. Free delivery is provided for orders over 150 EUR.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

3.1. Order processing and dispatch:

Orders are processed immediately after payment is received;

Orders placed by 14:00 are processed and dispatched on the same day;

Other orders are dispatched no later than the next business day.

3.2. Estimated delivery times by destination:

Latvia: 2–4 business days;

Baltic States: 4–6 business days;

Europe: 5–14 business days (depending on the carrier).

3.3. Express delivery may be available upon individual agreement, depending on the selected carrier.

3.4. If delivery is delayed, customers should contact IRVISS.LV customer support.

4. ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING

4.1. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number.

4.2. Orders can be tracked through the respective carrier’s website.

4.3. If delivery is refused or not possible to the specified address, the customer will be informed and may choose an alternative delivery option.

5. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

5.1. If the item is damaged during delivery, the customer must notify within 2 business days of receipt, providing details and photos to info@irviss.lv.

5.2. If the shipment is lost or not delivered, IRVISS.LV will offer a full refund or a replacement shipment at the customer's choice.

6. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

6.1. Delivery areas: Delivery is available within Latvia and EU countries.

6.2. Customs duties and taxes:

No customs duties apply within the EU;

For deliveries outside the EU (if applicable), customs duties are the responsibility of the customer as per local regulations.

7. SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND DELIVERY CHANGES

7.1. Changing the address after order placement: Address changes may be possible by agreement with the carrier before the shipment is dispatched.

7.2. Unclaimed shipments:

If the customer fails to collect the shipment within the designated period and it is returned, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping;

If the customer informs us in advance of a delay in collection, IRVISS.LV will seek a flexible solution.

9. DELIVERY GUARANTEES AND LIABILITIES

9.1. IRVISS.LV guarantees the delivery of goods in accordance with the specified terms and delivery conditions. This is our priority!

9.2. If delivery is not possible, the Company reserves the right to offer alternative solutions or a refund.

9.3. In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, strikes, pandemics, logistics disruptions), deliveries may be delayed, and customers will be informed in a timely manner.

10. SPECIAL OFFERS AND SEASONAL DELIVERY CHANGES

10.1. Seasonal delivery changes: During holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, Easter), delivery times may be longer. Information on potential delays will be published on the website.

10.2. Free delivery promotions: From time to time, the Company offers free delivery for specific orders or holiday promotions. Conditions will be published on the website.

10.3. Changes in delivery costs: The Company reserves the right to change delivery fees, with prior notice to customers.
