The Metabo WE 24-230 MVT is a professional large 9" angle grinder designed for tough continuous use. The 2400 W Marathon motor with patented dust protection delivers high overload capacity and strong torque, ideal for cutting thick sections, structural steel, reinforcing bar and concrete elements. Electronic safety shutdown reduces kickback if the wheel jams, while the safety switch and Metabo safety concept help prevent unintentional start-up.

The Metabo VibraTech (MVT) system – vibration-damping design and side handle – reduces hand–arm vibration and protects the user during long grinding sessions. A starting current limiter with soft start prevents tripping of breakers and gives controlled run-up. The tool features electronic overload protection and restart protection after power loss; an LED indicator shows when the restart protection is active or the tool is overheated. The main handle can be rotated and the side handle mounted in three positions for an optimal grip in grinding and cutting applications.

A keyless adjustable guard, 4 m cable, 5.8 kg weight and slim 144 mm grip circumference provide good handling for demanding jobs. The WE 24-230 MVT is a durable choice for fabrication shops, installation crews and construction professionals who regularly work with 230 mm wheels.
