The Metabo KHA 18 LTX BL 40 is a professional SDS-max cordless combi hammer designed for demanding drilling and chiselling in concrete, masonry and stone. Its brushless motor and high-performance hammer mechanism deliver up to 8.6 J of impact energy and 3200 blows per minute, providing fast progress even in hard concrete. As a body only version without battery and charger, it is ideal for users who already work with Metabo or other CAS 18 V battery packs.

The tool drills holes in concrete with hammer drill bits up to 40 mm in diameter and in masonry with core bits up to 105 mm, making it suitable for anchors, through-holes and service penetrations. Vario Constamatic electronics keep the selected speed between 450 and 580 rpm constant under load, while Metabo VibraTech vibration damping and ergonomic handles reduce strain during extended use. The combi hammer offers two modes – hammer drilling and chiselling only – allowing efficient material removal for channel cutting and demolition tasks.

Metabo’s S automatic safety clutch mechanically disengages the drive if the bit jams, protecting both user and tool. An integrated LED work light gives a clear view of the drilling area, and the attachment point for a safety lanyard makes the tool safer to use at height. The rubber-coated side handle and depth stop provide precise control over drilling depth. Supplied in a rugged plastic carry case, this combi hammer is a durable, mobile solution for heavy-duty construction and installation work.
