The KHEV 8-45 BL is designed for demanding structural work where you need maximum drilling progress and high demolition power from a single tool. Its maintenance-free brushless motor and high-output hammer mechanism deliver up to 12.2 J single impact energy and 2900 blows per minute, enabling drilling in concrete with SDS-max bits up to 45 mm and core drilling in masonry up to 125 mm. Vario Tacho Constamatic (VTC) full-wave electronics keep the selected speed (210 / 300 rpm) virtually constant under load, while both speed and impact power can be reduced for spot drilling or working in softer substrates. Soft electronic start helps you position the bit precisely at the beginning of the hole.

Metabo VibraTech (MVT) with double damping – a decoupled handle and counter-mass – actively reduces vibration, protecting joints and muscles during prolonged chiselling. The slim rear handle with large trigger offers comfortable control, and the conveniently placed lock-on switch makes continuous chiselling less tiring. Safety features include the Metabo S-automatic mechanical safety clutch in case of bit jam, overload protection to prevent motor overheating and restart protection to avoid accidental start-up after a power cut. With compatibility for the ESA max external dust extractor (accessory), drilling and chiselling can be carried out with significantly reduced dust. Supplied with rubber-coated side handle, grease for tool shanks, cleaning cloth and a robust plastic carry case, the KHEV 8-45 BL is a complete professional SDS-max drilling and demolition solution.
