The SRE 3185 is designed for professional surface finishing and intermediate sanding where high-quality results are essential. The 92 x 184 mm (1/3 sheet) sanding plate and 210 W motor provide enough power for wood, fillers, primers, varnish and paint. Vario (V) electronics let you adjust the oscillation rate between 8800 and 22300 opm, so you can match the sanding aggressiveness to the material and avoid gouging. A 2 mm orbit and smooth running mechanism produce an even finish free from grooves and swirl marks. The soft-grip handle and balanced 1.5 kg body offer excellent control and low fatigue during prolonged use.

A robust die-cast aluminium bearing flange increases durability and stability, while optimised vibration characteristics support comfortable work. The strong paper clamp system accepts both standard sheets and hook-and-loop abrasives for maximum flexibility. The easy-to-empty fabric dust bag allows clean sanding without a vacuum, and the built-in port lets you connect a universal vacuum cleaner when higher dust extraction is required. The SRE 3185 is ideal for carpentry, furniture refinishing, doors, windows, staircases, and detailed renovation or decorating tasks.
