Its 1500 W motor combined with a planetary gearbox delivers strong torque, allowing large polishing pads to run smoothly without stalling under pressure. Vario Tacho Constamatic (VTC) full-wave electronics with a thumbwheel provide an adjustable speed range of 300–1900 rpm and keep the speed almost constant under load, so compounds and foams perform consistently.

The variable-speed trigger with lock-on function lets you ramp up slowly to the preselected speed, preventing splatter and overheating, especially on sensitive modern clear coats. A rubberised front cover and slim grip area ensure secure, low-fatigue handling in different working positions. Soft start electronics eliminate jerks at start-up, overload protection guards the motor from overheating, and restart prevention stops the tool from unintentionally starting after a power interruption. Auto-stop carbon brushes add another layer of motor protection.
